These Terms and Conditions apply to the SMS text messaging program run by Todd's Pools LLC dba Star Pools & Spa ("Star Pools & Spa"). By opting in to text messages, you accept these terms. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
Program Description
Star Pools & Spa, a pool cleaning and maintenance company in Sanford, Florida, sends text messages to people who opt in through the chat widget on our website. Non-marketing messages include replies to your questions, quotes, service visit reminders, scheduling updates and customer care messages. Marketing messages include offers and news about our pool services. You can opt in to either type, or both, using the separate checkboxes in the chat widget. Our contact form does not collect phone numbers or SMS consent.
How You Opt In
You opt in by checking a text message consent box in the chat widget on our website. The boxes are unchecked by default and optional. You can contact us or request a quote without agreeing to texts, and agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. It depends on your quote and service schedule, and on whether you opted in to marketing messages.

How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number that messages you. After you send STOP, we will reply with one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from us. To join again, opt in the same way you did the first time.

Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
